You can replace the name project by any of your activities, which you are occupied with. Then you start searching, who will help you with it. If you find and it is a success, you work together. Soon, you prove to be useful for your partner too.
The Leader principle is a good method in particular for countryside development because it leads to positive effects resulting from connection of various entities working in the countryside area. Local action groups using the Leader principles are not the opposite of the local authority, but they appropriately complement each other in the effort of revitalization and development of local authorities.
From the view of legal aspects, it is possible to cover many sides with writing about the subject of partnership. We are not going to analyse a business or marital partnership here, but we will focus only on partnership from the view of self-governing units, business community and non-governmental organizations, with regard to the programmes of the European Union.
